GENOCIDE IS PART OF OUR CULTURE AND SO IS SEGREGATION
WHY WORLDWIDE PUNISHMENTS ARE INEFFECTIVE AND AMBIGUOUS
How can we be sure of this?
All of us, without exception, under specific conditions are vulnerable to choosing our life over another. No matter the justification, we can destroy one or several lives to safeguard our values.
What is genocide?
It is a corollary of the above condition where the solution is applied collectively and extensively, on a large scale, to a group of people, whether due to their ethnicity, ideology or any pretext, and it can extend to an entire nation.
Just like the right to self-defense, what justifies genocide is the collective self-defense of a people or culture.
What does invalidate genocide as the justification to carry it out?
The principles are the same, but the justification is that it establishes the right to action, making it an extremely controversial subject, but when the same principle is applied to our personal lives, such controversy disappears.
Just as in a common crime, where the defendant needs to prove the extreme need for self-defense, international courts should elect global behavior along the same lines.
What makes genocide unfeasible, however valid the principle of self-defense may be, is that through them not only those guilty or indirectly involved are exterminated, but an entire population, including children, something that makes no sense to humanitarian reason. .
Children cannot be blamed for their adults' ideology because they are still "cultural raw material."
I say and repeat: "sense of humanitarian reason", as men like Stalin and Putin seem to be unaware, carrying their objectives forward independently of any principle other than their own.
Putin and Stalin are not the only ones.
On the extreme right, Hitler can also be included in the "club" of mass murderers under the pretext of great social achievements. Ditto China with ethnicities. And certainly many others.
Mere psychopaths, sickened by their crazy dreams of insane ambition at the cost of the blood of thousands of people, guilty or not, involved or not.
This is genocide, terrorism, insanity!
Something the world could never accept, but still cannot avoid.
Any criminal who rises to power in a nation possessing atomic resources, through the dictatorship and the support of his accomplices, could transform a good people into the perpetrator of mass genocide.
In democratic systems, they end up serving as a ladder for such insane people, taking advantage of the ignorance and naivety of their people.
Democracy has currently been more of an instrument of the dictatorship's progress than a benefit, as it is unprepared to protect itself filtering the vote according to the voter's possibilities. It's demagoguery in the service of chaos!!!
How many ethnicities will still need to be purged to bring a sense of balance to their genocides, whether in the East, on the African or American continent?
What about "apartheids" (segregations), another form of cultural genocide?
How many native peoples who are still culturally and technologically backward, or racially diverse, will need to live in separate locations on the margins of progress under the pretext of protection whose time dissolves the intrinsic need for human evolution?
That is why "humanitarian feeling" is inextricably associated with aggregation, a sense of sharing and the sum of efforts.
Leaders should not have the right to act at will.
The atomic threat, or urban guerrilla warfare — since "terrorism" becomes a very controversial term and even applicable to current war strategies — as well as the weakness of the union of nations in the face of powers that can challenge it, makes it inapplicable to the practical result of the behavioral contingency of dictators or crazy nations.
Currently, this union represented by the UN is incompetent to establish these bases because its participants are also supporters of genocidal and terrorist practices, launching attacks on civilian targets.
A participant who violates the principles of this union should lose his participation.
Today, that doesn't happen.
Putin is still there, how can he?
So, how can we expect the UN to be effective in this sense if it itself is incapable of purging those who threaten it from its own body?
Social evolution is the result of the sum of individual evolution.
Planetary evolution is the sum of the evolution of each society.
We need to look at ourselves to begin finding solutions to social problems, including global ones.
